A short video clip of me putting my finger on one of the main reasons America is in spiritual, moral, educational, and political decline is that more than 90 percent of Christian parents send their children to government-regulated, State-run schools.
I’ve been asked by a few people to comment on objections that are often raised against abandoning the government school system in America. The no-public-education view isn’t popular with the majority of Christians. Speaking out against public (government) education in America is for some akin to blaspheming all that’s deemed holy. I am a strong believer in the Constitution, and I am an evil public school teacher. When is the last time this guy has been in a public school? Ignorance.... sad....
ReplyDeleteNo one was saying public school teachers are evil. Most are just trying to do what they believe is right and do the best job they can. I respect teachers. But as a Christian and a parent I refuse to send my children into an educational system designed to teach children what to think....not how to think. If they want to take God out of school completely then I as a believer will take my children out of public school completely. I was a product of the public school system. I have as an adult had to unlearn much of what I was taught just to begin learning many truths and how to think for myself instead of going with the "herd mentality" we are trained with in government schools. None of this is the fault of teachers. As I said, they are doing the best they can with what they are allowed to work with.
